Burger Nerds offers online food ordering for pickup and delivery from our New Orleans, Laplace, and Metairie locations. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Payments

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Burger Nerds does not store your full card details on our servers. Card information is handled directly by Stripe in accordance with their terms.

SMS Program — Burger Nerds Notifications

When you opt in, Burger Nerds will send order updates and account notifications to the mobile number you provide as part of the Burger Nerds Notifications program.

Refunds

If something isn't right with your order, please contact the restaurant directly within 24 hours of your order so we can make it right. Refund eligibility is handled on a case-by-case basis.
