When you create an account or place an order with Burger Nerds, we collect the information needed to serve you well: your name, email address, phone number, and your order history. If you opt in to text messages, we also store your mobile number for that purpose.

We Don't Sell Your Data

Burger Nerds does not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We only share data with the service providers we need to run the business — for example, Stripe for payments and our SMS provider for notifications.

SMS Opt-Out

You can opt out of text messages from Burger Nerds at any time. Just reply STOP to any message we send, and you'll be unsubscribed immediately. Reply HELP for help.
